We understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a cancellation or modification.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel your order, please email us at contact@ordinomegadgets.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Once we verify your request, your order will be canceled, and a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

If payment has already been made, your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy (usually within 5–7 business days).
2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may initiate a return request once the order is delivered by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: Refusal to accept a prepaid order at the time of delivery may result in a partial deduction of shipping and handling charges from the refund amount.
3. Cancellation by Ordinome Gadgets
In rare circumstances, Ordinome Gadgets reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as:

Product being out of stock or discontinued

Pricing or technical error on the website

Payment verification failure or suspected fraudulent activity

Inability to deliver to the provided address
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately via email or phone, and any paid amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

The refund amount will appear in your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet).

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
5. Modifying an Order
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change product variant, address, or contact details), please contact our support team at contact@ordinomegadgets.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is processed for shipping, modifications are no longer possible.
