If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are intact.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for:

Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification after delivery.

Products not returned in their original condition or missing accessories.

Items under clearance, sale, or promotional offers.

Personal care electronics, earphones, or hygiene-related items (for safety reasons).

Customized or special-order products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at contact@ordinomegadgets.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or courier return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Note: The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Any physical damage during return may affect eligibility.
3. Refund Process
After your return is approved and the product is inspected, you will be notified via email.
Refunds are processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
If your refund takes longer than expected, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting our support.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer product exchanges only for eligible items.
If the replacement product is unavailable, you may choose between store credit or a full refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ordinomegadgets.com with clear images or a short video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

You may, however, initiate a return after delivery.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp support (if available).
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used electronics and gadgets

Earphones, headphones, and wearable devices once unsealed

Software, subscriptions, or digital products

Clearance or final-sale items

Gift cards and vouchers
8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ordinome Gadgets will bear the shipping costs.

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order placement), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
